No offer of changing rooms etc. Next morning, woke up to stinking room, and more feces in the toilet. Checked out a day early because of this, advised reception, who simply said, OK. "

"We had a superior room which was a good size comfortable bed very clean. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Wardrobe a bit small, we had a recycle section in bin, which is great but would have been helpful to state what items were best for this section. Very enjoyable stay would happily use again."

"Disappointed that the spa was only available to guests between 8am - 10am and from 7pm-9pm. Other times was a charge of £70ppp day. The hotel is lovely but a couple of notes: floor tiles all cracked in our bathroom and the bathroom layout meant access to the shower over the bath was a negotiation and would have been tricky if you weren’t fully mobile. In general, great location but at the price I’m left a little disappointed. "
