"Would have appreciated a full size ironing board instead of the mini one provided as I almost burned myself three times using it as it tipped over. A small fridge and alarm clock would have been useful as we had some pastries that needed to be kept cold along with some drinks. Otherwise, we had a very nice experience. Clean, quiet and affordable. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The valet service did a good job with my vehicle also. We will gladly return again."

"The Kendall Hotel is a great and very unique hotel tucked away in downtown Boston. Very clean and great staff. A must stay for any active/retired firefighter as sit is in Old Station 7. Definitely looking forward to returning to the Boston area and booking another stay with them."

"Clean, well-run, perfectly located hotel for visiting Cambridge/ Harvard. The staff were all friendly and helpful - we especially appreciated the easy valet parking available 24/7, since we arrived after a long drive at 1am. The king room was a bit small but comfortable. The shower was great. The sink was in the bedroom, not the bathroom, but this worked for us since we were traveling as a couple. No breakfast, but many excellent options nearby."
