The rooms are spacious and have a fresh, modern look. Our room was clean overall, but unfortunately one of the bins still contained rubbish from previous guests, which was disappointing and off-putting.
While the towels appeared clean, they lacked a fresh scent, something both I and my son—who stayed in a separate room—noticed.
The hotel is visually appealing but lacks practical functionality. For instance, a double room was equipped with only one chair, and there was no convenient space with a mirror suitable for hair drying.
On a hot day, the room’s thermostat couldn’t be set below 19°C, and with no operable windows (likely for safety reasons), there was little to no fresh air circulation, which made the room feel stuffy.
Regarding parking, it’s misleading to state it costs £20 a day. The actual parking is limited to a maximum of 4 hours during the day, so it’s not possible to park for an entire day even if you’re willing to pay. However, parking is free from 6 p.m. to 9 a.m. the next day, and there is a nearby Park and Ride option that allows up to 18 hours of free parking.
Will not come back.
