"The apartment was spotless and well decorated. We met a housekeeper who was cleaning some of the other apartments, and she was very nice and helpful to us, because we arrived a half an hour earlier than our check-in time and she called management to allow us to access the apartment. The only two problems was that 1. there was no traction in the shower, so my friend slipped and hurt herself. She ended up leaving Scotland a few days earlier than she was supposed to because she was having a hard...

"Given the price, I was surprised to first get a room on the lower ground with the windows giving under street level and under stairs. But they were thankfully able to move me to an upper level room in the morning, which I was really grateful as I was staying there almost a week. Apart from that hiccup, the rest of my stay was great and the room really comfortable."
