"The listing did not say the hotel was under renovation. The lobby and bottom floor was torn apart, there was a bad smell. The rooms were already redone but had a strong odor of paint or something still. The AC was reading 68 but no way it was that cool. It's middle of summer in Florida and the pool was also closed for renovations which I would have booked elsewhere had I known that. I did have to stay 2 extra days and chose to stay elsewhere."

"The staff is amazing. I want to say that first. They really try and help those who need it. However, I booked the hotel thinking it would be safe and comfortable . Wrong. There were people outside doors. This happens all through the night. I feel sorry for security because the type of guest that stay there is awful. I would not recommend."

After all that they refused to refund even though I asked for refund after 5 minutes in room . Drug deals outside of building right in front of main office"
