"This property has potential and we had a mixed experience here. The pros: the hotel is conveniently located off the highway, there is plenty of parking, there is a Publix a short driving/walking distance away, the buffet breakfast is plentiful, the staff (especially Phyllis, Mica, and the gentleman who worked the desk in the evening) were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, check-in and check-out were easy, bed linens were great. "The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot."
