Didn't sleep a wink due to excessive noice from outside, fear of safety, absolutely terrible amenities throughout, no available telephone in room, no network or cable TV, inoperable electrical outlets throughout the room, no safety chain/bar on entry door, etc. If the City Code Dept, Health Dept, or any 3rd-Party booking service were to investigate such property, It WOULD be Shut Down!!!"

"Property is old and in spite of recent renovations, elevator is old, ran down. As soon as I stepped into the room, I was hit by an unpleasant smell of urine coming from the bathroom. Closet has mold smell. I was charged $100 for incidentals when I checked in but receptionist never informed me of this charge. The room is cleaned every 3 days upon request. So if you don't request , room is not cleaned and towels not changed. Breakfast: no bagels, no hot water, no orange juice and there is nothing...

"The hotel is under construction. The suite doors were not secure. Light from outside was visible around the entire door to the hallway and to the connecting room. The plastic around the door of the connecting room was visible and they started construction in the adjoining room at 7am."

"The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot."

"Great location and parking. Although there was a slight issue at check in, the staff was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. The condo was very clean and in close proximity to the pool. Great area for walking and close to restaurants and shopping. My only con would be to upgrade tvs in the bedroom."
