"I was appalled with the height of the shower head. I was in an accessible room for a walk in shower since I don't do well stepping over into and out of a tub. The shower fixture was placed where the ceiling and wall met (easily 6.5-7 ft high) which caused me to have to stand on my tip toes to reach the shower head to move it as it was shoved over toward the side of the shower wall (so water wouldn't splash out). If I had been in a wheelchair, I'd have not gotten to shower without getting...

"Ratty Condition both inside and out. Didn't sleep a wink due to excessive noice from outside, fear of safety, absolutely terrible amenities throughout, no available telephone in room, no network or cable TV, inoperable electrical outlets throughout the room, no safety chain/bar on entry door, etc. If the City Code Dept, Health Dept, or any 3rd-Party booking service were to investigate such property, It WOULD be Shut Down!!!"

"Property is old and in spite of recent renovations, elevator is old, ran down. As soon as I stepped into the room, I was hit by an unpleasant smell of urine coming from the bathroom. Closet has mold smell. I was charged $100 for incidentals when I checked in but receptionist never informed me of this charge. The room is cleaned every 3 days upon request. So if you don't request , room is not cleaned and towels not changed. Breakfast: no bagels, no hot water, no orange juice and there is nothing...

"The older guy that does breakfast or works at the desk is rude and has a nasty attitude. He told me that it is against the law to transfer me over to a room for a guest which was a friend of mine. That is not correct, I work at a hotel now. You are not allowed to give out room number information, tell anyone about a guests room number, let anyone in the room that’s not a registered guest in the room and if you mistakenly give out a guest room number while telling them about where their room is...

"The room carpet had so many stains and they gave me the worst room. The entire hotel smells like rotting sewage. They dont maintain the property at all. The shower drain water would not go down and the floor tiles were slanted. Room smelled like cigarettes and so did the towels. Mold on the tiles of the bathroom... got a refund and got told to wait until 2 am to see if there would be a new room. No thanks, I went to the Marriot."

"Great location and parking. Although there was a slight issue at check in, the staff was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. The condo was very clean and in close proximity to the pool. Great area for walking and close to restaurants and shopping. My only con would be to upgrade tvs in the bedroom."
