"When I arrived at the hotel, I was informed that my reservation was canceled. The hotel staff was very helpful in booking me a new reservation and also gave me a discount. The room had a slight odor but seemed to be clean. there was no telephone In the room the landing leading to the room, there were several people sitting out there smoking cigarettes, and the smell was going throughout the property. other than that It wasn't that bad for the price."

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my entire life (42 years). Check-In was over an hour late because "they didn't have any clean rooms." Our room had the STRONGEST SMOKE odor and no one cared when we told the front desk. The smoke detector had been ripped out of the wall, the bedside lamp had no light bulb or shade, the bedside clock did not work and once again the room smelled SO BAD. It is not worth the cheap price, don't do it!"

We were traveling as a family of four, with two young children, and from the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. Check-in took over an hour, and the staff member assisting us was rude and unhelpful. "If you have no other choice this hotel might do. It's filthy and if you need to be in the room even 10 minutes before check in time of 3pm, they will charge you a fee."
