"The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was easy to keep comfortable, temperature-wise."

"I had to call to get information about the airport shuttle. The staff was nice when I arrived. I was able to be checked in quickly and checked out quickly as well. cleaning service came regularly. It’s very obvious that the hotel was renovated. They worked very hard to keep it clean however the entire hotel especially the hallways has a cigarette smell."

Had triple confirmed with the hotel because of traveling with our son who has special needs- still arrival check in was a mess and they tried to double charge us even though we had prepaid through Hotels.com later that night I overheard them doing the same thing to another traveler- charging her card $398 even though he room was prepaid. "Breakfast was cool. Hotel was not clean. There were ants in our room. anoone ever came to address them. Probably because they do not come and get trash or clean the rooms for three days. There were no working ice machines on our second night. Several staff were very helpful but also several were quite nasty. I won't stay at this location ever again. It is not being manahed well at all. Worst Marriott hotel I've ever stayed at. "
