I tried to cancel the rest of my stay an apparently if you book through a third party you can’t cancel the rest of your stay if you are unsatisfied with the establishment ."

"Hotel staff was extremely helpful in getting me a room after my room was cancelled. He was also very kind and knowledgeable. Hotel overall needs a face lift. Room was clean and neat. Hallways were dirty. Ok stay for the price. "

"No disrespect to the staff, but this is one of the saddest motels I've ever stayed at. Pavement, concrete, and hard tile floors in the room. I can see the area's trying to turn things around, there's a newish clean Wawa across the road. Some space for living things, a few trees might be a start."

"I booked a room forn2 people, and it had 2 thin pillows, a thin blanket, toiletry items, towel, washcloth and hand towel for one person. There was no chair in the room. The front door had issues of being stuck to enter the room, and the front desk person was extremely rude. I called the day of checkout at 9am and the front desk person told me checkout was at 11:30am versus 11am. When I came to checkout at 11:11am to ask for my $20 deposit, the same person told me I missed checkout at 11am. ...

"The room was clean but there was no desk or chest for storing clothes. There was no place to hang any clothes. A grab bar in the shower blocked the full operation of the water control - something an idiot would do."

"We didny stay. There were 2 dead roaches. My non smoking room had holes in the blanket. The walls looked liked someone was smoking there."

"The lobby, hallways and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel had no solution for this nor did they offer to change our room. Beds were okay but bathroom had hair on the sink and hair on our towels."

"AC was out for 24 hours and we weren’t notified until we arrived at 8PM after driving 6.5 hrs. No other availability so had to sleep in 84’ room for more than $250. No apologies, no rebates, no offers. Unacceptable. "
