Appartamento su 3 Piani con tutti i comfort, molto caratteristica e fornita di tutto. A 15 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni culturali e ben servita da diverse attività per svago e necessità varie. Siamo stati in 4 persone con la massima comodità "

"Outstanding location near Ponte Vecchio in Oltrarno. Wine window at restaurant next door and lots of great restaurants nearby. Walking distance to everything that makes Florence wonderful. It’s above a place where people take cooking classes, so it gets a little loud mid-day, but it’s quiet by bed time. It’s an apartment and not a hotel, so don’t expect a front desk with hotel service."

"It was disappointing that I was charged 20 euro for arriving at 20:25. I know that the cut off time was 20:00, but I explained that there was a train issue. It then took them until 21:10 to arrive to let us in even though I told them that we would be there 30 minutes prior as they asked. The place is nice. The air conditioning is a little weak in the main bedroom. It works but takes a while to get cold. When we arrived there were only 2 towels for 4 people, the bathroom mirror was broken...

"This place is in a very good location and was clean. When we arrived, the man checking us in was more eager to get the tax money and a copy of our passport and then bolted out of there. He gave us no instructions whatsoever about anything in the apartment. The washing machine did not work,the microwave wasn’t working and only one burner on the stovewas operable. We also had to beg for more toilet paper as there’s really cheap tp-one roll barely lasted half a day. Really poor quality toilet...

"Great apartment with high ceilings and modern amenities. Quiet street with good local restaurants nearby. One detail that could be improved is the floor in the shower was not sloped correctly for proper drainage flow. Not a major issue but could/should be resolved in the future. Would definitely stay there again."

"This is not the property for you if you have accessibility issues. Or if you like everything neat and tidy, consistent and predictable. This apartment has been converted out of the stables of a 15th Century Town Palace, this means walls in odd places, different floor heights, tight spiral staircase, and old plaster painted over, there is not a lot of natural light, I think this is what most bad reviewers pick up on, so if you like big natural windows and views you will not find them here. ...
