"Right off the Rialto vaporetto terminal- just one lane in. Extremely walkable from the grand canal (maybe 2-3 minutes tops). No issues transporting luggage. Tons of shopping and food! Very friendly staff and neat room. The location is really prime! "

"Room was very clean & bright Bathroom also. Terrace had a problem when we arrived due to overnight storms, so we couldn't check in at 2pm we had to wait until 3pm. There is rather a larger TV above the safe & mini bar (which was free) water & Prosecco. Tea & coffee provided which is behind the TV so hard to reach. Small hanging area but nowhere to put underwear or T shirts or small pieces from suitcase. Does need a small set of drawers. Also bathroom has no shelf as such to put toiletries,...

"It was a delightful experience! Danieli was incredible to help us with everything. He arranged everything for us. Petra, our cleaning lady was excellent, our every wish. They could not have done more for us. Loved our beautiful linens and coffee in the mornings. Most of all, the location was so perfect!!! A great experience!"

"Great location in the center of San Marco, minutes from the Rialto Bridge. Staff very helpful, kind. There is no elevator, but they will provide a porter. Room very clean, and nice and large. Would recommend!"

"The property was centrally located by the Rialto bridge which both good and bad. Good location but bad location as it was very crowded and busy. Evening and early morning was still loud. Pillows were hard and no coffee in the room. We had a mosquito in our room and were biten. Breakfast was included and was good. Do do not get a water taxi from the guys in from. Go to the left as you go out and ask for. Overall, nice."
