The food on offer was delicious, the afternoon teas were lovely, the staff was very friendly, the room was quite spacious and basically in the middle of the jungle with monkey visitors and all!! "Loved my stay at Wadari Retreat Villa Ubud! Such a nice and clean place - they cleaned the room and changed towels every day, and even provided water daily for brushing teeth. The villa has a beautiful style and it’s in a great location, close to my favorite breakfast spot in Ubud. Only thing to note: there’s no elevator, but honestly everything else made up for it. I’d totally stay here again!"

"This has been one of the most memorable lodging I've ever had. To have an entire 3-story house in the middle of Ubud is something for the books. The rooms were quite spacious and the bathrooms were luxurious. I wish we had stayed more! The staff were also among the best I've ever encountered. Super accommodating and helpful! Breakfast and In-room dining were spectacular. Their in-house massage therapists were excellent and quite affordable. I would definitely come back!!"

"This property looks amazing in the pictures, and it did not disappoint! It is located in a quiet village close enough to Ubud but far enough to avoid the busy night life. It is surrounded by rice fields and a short walk to some great views. The host was outstanding and very accommodating. The villa was in superb condition, clean, well kept, will all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. The water is from a private well and also available filtered from the kitchen so no worry about drinking the tap...
