"The Hotel is modern and trendy. The beds are huge and very comfortable. The rooms are compact but that suited me fine. I liked the in room ipad for controlling blinds, lights, TV etc.
I did not like the room cleaning regieme. Only done on the 3rd day on request. This is a lazy money saving exercise.
I agree with room water policy (filling up bottles at the bar as required)... it would be more convenient if there was a water station on each floor however.
The self service check out system was seamless and worked well. I did not love the self service check in however and I observed many guests struggling with it, the staff were super helpful but were running between helping check ins to storing or retrieving bags and helping at the bar restaurant. In my opinion it would be better to have dedicated front desk staff to welcome and check on customers.
Overall I enjoyed my stay. Nice hotel, Central location, friendly staff."
