"Super convenient in downtown Boston, and the self service check-in/checkout was great. Communication was absolutely outstanding. The room was exactly what we expected… Small,, tidy, just enough. Hot water for the shower was nonexistent though. And while we appreciate the coffee pot and pods, there was only decaf (nobody drinks decaf!). We would stay again, but fingers crossed for the hot water."

"Great location however I think the owners were trying to sweat us out. We asked them to help with the temp and they just gave us a second box fan. We woke up and went to sleep in about 95 degrees. This is intended to be a long term option so hospitality is limited. You will need to ask for extras, if needed. No one answers the phone on the weekend.
