Everthing to our satisfaction. Lovely comfortable cosy bed. Room very clean and welcoming. Have stayed here on a few occasions and will continue to do so. Hotel is within walking distance to City Centre and minutes from the Railway Station

Did not sleep all night, the noise from the below Alien night club and the strip bar from 10pm to 7am was ABYSMAL! Also booked with Expedia at one cost and was charged DOUBLE at the property. Breakfast was OK and edible.

Very good stay!

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive to customer needs. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good quality and a fairly decent variety of options. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Carlisle.

Lovely hotel to stay! All the staff were lovely and forth coming when I ask for earlier check in or anything I needed during my stay the bathroom was clean and lovely to shower in! Would definitely recommend and will be back!
