"Carmel River Inn is so charming! Even though it has been renovated and modernized, it still has some of that quaint mid-century aesthetic, making it a unique and historic place to stay. "The property and room are gorgeous with a great view of the ocean and a wonderful deck! There is a fireplace in every room and very spacious. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable and if you open the windows you can hear the roar of the ocean. No noisy traffic or bright lights at night.
