"All one seeks for a stay away---clean room and premises, friendly, helpful staff, varied and plentiful breakfast options. Although not in downtown central Carmel, the area was safe with a few good restaurants and a food store within walking distance. Gym and pool looked inviting--not used this visit as they were pretty crowded with teen athletes staying in area for competitions. Staff handled all smoothly."

"Property appears to be in average condition, Rooms good, Pool and ice machines and such in poor condition. Breakfast area was Good and Food was good. Prices in the onsite market were a bit steep. Staff was great !!! Parking decent. Lots of kids, running around, doing local sports tournament stuff. Need a place to stay and this property filled the bill, would stay again, if necessary. "The best hotel stay we have had. It was very clean. The staff were very helpful. Really loved the full kitchen in our room. Mike was the breakfast chef and went above and beyond. I have a food allergy and he was very kind and helpful helping me find food to eat. I have never had this kind of customer service. I hope Element recognizes the quality of person that they have in their employ. Element will be my go to from now on."

"This hotel was beyond amazing! Front desk staffers Michelle and Arman were the nicest and most helpful hotel staff I have ever met! They were polite, helpful, and always smiling! The stairwell did not feel safe - the outside door was constantly propped open by someone although you were supposed to use your room key to enter - every time we closed it someone would have it propped back opens The pool was closed. Our bathroom door would not close. The shower would not drain properly. We tried to address these with the front desk and were told a manager wasn’t there to talk to us.
