"I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She "

"The Hotel smelled amazing and made you feel so comfortable. Parking was free and just a few steps away. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly and fully stocked. Loved the bathroom products. We will definitely recommend others to stay here and if we travel that way again I will be staying there! Front desk was so kind and helpful- greatly personalities!"

"The property looks sketchy on the outside but it’s a pretty decent property. Nice beds and bathroom. Staff was helpful. Although there is no elevator."

The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette “burn holes” on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. "I was in the room 10 minutes before I had a roach skitter across the floor and a bed bug in the edge of my bed. I went for a refund, and they gave me grief even after I showed them pictures with my phone. They said they refunded me finally, a week later, nothing. I called them and they said they cannot refund me. Absolutely disgusting place with a bunch of crooks running the place. They lied to my face, now that I'm 5 hours away, they tell me they won't refund me. Stay away."
