"I stepped out of the shower and walked across the room. I went to dry my feet and they were filthy. So I took my towel and mopped the floor and it was black when I was done. Tub faucet was broken and tub was filthy. Bed was like a cheap fold out couch. Made reservations through Expedia and had a refund due. This motel was delaying and making excuses while it wasn’t their responsibility. Finally had to get Expedia to have a chat with them. Went for a coffee in the morning and they were out....

"Our 3 night stay @ was great! Our rooms were clean, spacious, & well stocked (complimentary water / coffee with tea / coffee maker); comfortable beds, hot showers, TV with plenty options, iron with ironing board, & fridge/ microwave. The only negative (for me) was that it did not come equipped with a personal safe. Unfortunately the heating pump for the "heated" pool was out, so nope, I didn't enjoy the pool (weather wasn't warm enough), however the jacuzzi was great! The complimentary...

"Everything was great up until the elevator broke down and we kept losing shower pressure. Staff was great. Breakfast was a typical Holiday Inn breakfast and the hotel was very clean."

"Our stay was great from check-in to check-out. Staff was very friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good- lots of choices. Rooms were a little dated but very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the pickleball court lines need to be repainted correctly and a new net is needed."
