A Wonderful Place

What a wonderful place! Directions and key instructions were spot on. The cottage was even better than expected, with great living accommodation and facilities. We were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco, pint of milk, and a few other essentials to help us settle in (very much appreciated - thank you). The staircase with its huge clock is a sight to behold; and the enormous bed reminded us of the one John Denver sang about! The bathroom was well laid out with plenty of space and a large shower; and the washing machine & drier came in handy too. All in all, a perfect place - highly recommended :-)

The house was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Parking down the road, although the next house parked right outside our front door. Strangely had no BBC on the TV. Local pub did good food. A good base for the southern Lakes
