Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."

"Rooms are very clean we took the suite which was spacious towels were nice and service was excellent the receptionist answered immediately the hotel also had a breakfast which was not fancy but acceptable manager was very friendly and accommodating as we requested to change the rooms and he showed us all rooms available. "Excellent location near the Duomo—convenient, clean, and safe. The only downsides are that a nightclub is located in the same building, so loud music from DJs can sometimes be heard, and the shower floor can be a bit slippery. Please be careful."

"Amazing location, amazing staff! The hotel has 5 floors, each with a suite and a hotel style room. The top floor has a terrace with views of the city. We walked everywhere during our stay. The front desk staff was fantastic, as was the restaurant. Thank you so much for a great first trip to Milano!"

"We booked the Duomo Suite, which is on the main level, and has a private patio area. The suite is spacious, quiet, with a large, white bathroom, two TVs and a sofa. They restock the fridge with complimentary soft drinks daily. The continental breakfast was great with lots of options, although they did not have salads; we got complimentary cappuccinos and espressos by request too. Hotel location was very central, within walking distance of all downtown attractions - La Scala, Duomo, Castello...
