"Rooms are very clean we took the suite which was spacious towels were nice and service was excellent the receptionist answered immediately the hotel also had a breakfast which was not fancy but acceptable manager was very friendly and accommodating as we requested to change the rooms and he showed us all rooms available. Hotel is also in center of town next to Duomo "

Secondly, heater stopped working in the middle of the night and it was literally freezing (January). Appliances were old and stove reaked of gas when we tried to use it."
