"This wonderful little, boutique hotel is right in the heart of downtown Milan. It’s easily walkable to the cathedral, galleria Emmanuel and La Scala. The staff were amazing! Very friendly and accommodating, and helpful with recommendations. Buffet breakfast was beautiful and fresh, with a variety of things to choose from. It’s an old hotel, that could use a bit of TLC, but I would absolutely come back. "

"We are so pleased with our stay at Hotel Milano Castello. Staff, from front desk, housekeeping, food service and the bar were outstsnding. The hotel was clean. It is in a great location to get to all the sites and is in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The rooms are decent size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of food. My only complaint is there wasn't any facial tissue, i have allergies and it would have been nice to have facial tissue. We would highly recommend...

"Room was very warm and we couldn’t seem to get the thermostat to turn lower than 25 degrees c. Reached out several times, but just told to turn off the thermostat. Fortunately the windows opened, so we could cool the room that way. But the response from management was disappointing. The floor in the bathroom was under maintenance. It was all heaved up, which made it very uncomfortable (and potentially dangerous) to walk on. I don’t think they should have rented us this apartment with the floor...

"What a wonderful stay here! From leading up to check in, checking in, and checking out, the staff was incredible. They made such an effort to make us feel welcomed with a personalized stay. The location is in the heart of everything. As two females we felt extremely safe. The room was very comfortable with stocked amenities . Would recommend to anyone staying in Milan"
