"Property as described, furnished well appears to have been updated recently. Had two issues, which the manager worked to resolve quickly which we appreciated. First and biggest was a significant foul smell coming from the first bathroom, apparently coming up through the pipes if water not left in the sink, shower or bides - it got much better after they addressed, but still present. Second issue more minor was bed sheets not super clean. Pretty sure laundered and just laundered with other stuff...

"Very nice Hostel. Perfect location, great activities to meet other travellers and nice amenities. Only caveat is they do not provide rugs for the bathroom and do not clean often enough given the number of people using them by room. Would stay here again!"

"The hotel was very central and easy access to the historical sites. It was very clean and well equipped. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was ok, hot food was a bit cold and had been sitting in the hot plates for a while. The rooftop bar was fantastic."

"Unprofessional, rude, and the worst hotel stay of my life. The room was so sweltering hot I could not open the window to step onto the balcony I paid for. They had zero way of replenishing our water and gave us food recommendations for chain restaurants despite being in Milan Italy. They didn't instruct us how to use the elevator and we were left very disappointed with the stay. Thankfully all our other hotels were amazing and the staff was lovely. Go stay at the Corner Duomo Hotel instead. They...

"Well appointed and had everything we needed. Little extras like coffee, tea, biscuits. Easy communication, check in and help with airport transportation. Great location! Only downside was the was some traffic noise, but not much overnight. AC worked great in crazy heat."

"It was in good location easy to access to tourist attractions. Although the street noise could penetrate to the room a bit overall It was a happy stay. If you are lucky to have a room on the other side of the building it could be be better."
