"・23時のチェックインでスタッフは無人だったが、事前に遅くなることを伝えておけば到着時の入室方法をメールで送ってもらえる。その丁寧な指示通りにすれば難なくチェックインできた。 チェックアウトも鍵を差したままにして出てきたがおそらく問題はないだろう。 ・タオルはバスタオル大、中およびフェイスタオルが1枚目支給される。4泊したが2泊ごとに交換された。毎日交換したいなら追加料金。 ・ベッドは清掃時ベッドメイクはされるが、リネンの交換は追加料金。客が変わる時には必ず交換しているとの事。 ・ミニバーは1人あたり次の量を上限に補充された：コーヒーマシンとそのポーション、2種類の紅茶、ビスケット2枚が冷蔵庫の上に、500mlの水1本が冷蔵庫の中に。請求なく無料で利用できた。 ・収納スペースが多数あった。ハンガーは3つ備え付けられていた。 ・3月だったが空調はエアコンをつけなくても暖かく保たれていた。 ・問題としてあげるならば、駅から徒歩15分ほどかかることか。スーパーはLepanto駅までの道にtigreがある。その分、相応に宿泊価格は安く感じた。"

The property is located within the trendy Pronti neighborhood and is close to all major historic sites, without having to deal with the "day to day" crowded tourist scene. "Wonderful staff. Very kind and helpful. Lobby offered tea and an espresso machine and cool water dispenser, along with family games. Breakfast was delivered on a tea cart to our room, which was lovely! We filled out a breakfast card the day before and could choose from hot chocolate, juice, yogurt, ham, salami, cheese, toast, cereal… so nice! "

"The main reason I booked this hotel was because the description said they offered an airport shuttle, but this is not true. When I contacted the hotel to schedule it, they only booked a taxi from a company, and I had to pay for it. If the service is not included, it should not be advertised. Aside from that, the rooms are nice and the property is pleasant. They should update the listing to be more accurate for future guests. "

"Lovely guest house, very friendly and attentive hosts. Great location, too. About 10 mins walk to Metro, 15 mins from Vatican and half an hour from the Olympic Stadium which is useful if you are attending a match or concert there, as getting away from it at night can be difficult. Would definitely recommend."

"This is definitely not your typical hotel…we had a hard time getting in the building bc it’s not a hotel it’s actually like an apartment complex. The room was inside of an actually suite. We had a hard time communicating with someone bc remember this is not a hotel so no personal assistant. The room was okay and clean, central area but I will not consider this for another stay."
