"A friend and I did an overnight girls' road trip from CA to AZ for spring training and this hotel was just the right fit for us! For one, the staff was incredibly welcoming and flexible. Halfway through our road trip, I got a text from the staff that basically asked if we needed any special accommodations prior to check-in. Initially, I thought it was going to be an automated/robotic response so i was hesitant to text back. But it turns out, they responded normally, an ACTUAL HUMAN for once. I texted back asking for an early check-in if possible and they made it happen! Mariela at the front desk was great and extremely welcoming. Sloan Park is a little less than a mile and half away, so we just walked to the stadium. The Tempe Marketplace is also conveniently nearby with tons of stores (if needed). Lastly the room layout was my favorite! Felt like a little cozy apartment with tons of space for just us two. 10/10 recommend and would return! "

"Great staff, clean room, comfortable beds. AC in room was noisy....making it difficult to sleep. Eggs at breakfast were crumbly....not moist & fresh. Bacon bits were served one morning...would have much preferred regular strips of bacon. Close to many shops and restaurants as well as to the freeway. "

"We really enjoyed staying at this location for many reasons. The staff was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The pool and Jacuzzi are fantastic. The location of this hotel is great. We were only 20 minutes away from downtown Phoenix. The rec room was a lot of fun as well."

"The hotel appears older with worn furniture in public areas but the room we had was adequate with the exception of carpet stains, a broken coffee maker & lack of daily housekeeping. "

"The pool/hot tub do not look like pictures. The umbrellas were broken, the pool had cigarette buds at the bottom and there were trash around pool left behind by other guest. There was no trash cans by pool. Also the rooms are very compact especially the restroom. To use the bathroom or shower you have to maneuver a certain way into restroom just so you can close the door. "

"No internet air conditioning tv didn’t work the room was filthy we were booked for 3 nights but couldn’t stay at this property. We needed to go out and purchase cleaning supplies to stay the one night because it was late and we couldn’t find another accommodation at that time. I’m still waiting for my refund. I’m addition this is not a Baymont Hotel! TERRIBLE!"
