"We stayed only one night at this property. Our room was in generally poor shape considering this was a Hilton property. The room was minimally clean. Looking beyond just the flat surfaces which are easy to keep clean, dust and debris was collecting in places open to view. The bathroom had scale and rust in the corners. The bottom of the bathroom door was delaminating due to probable moisture. Overall, the room is in need for a major renovation. Based on this alone, this room was not a good value. Furthermore - - The pricing on this property was unethical and deceptive. The total price I was told I was going to pay ended up being $25.00 more due to their hidden parking fee. One had to really search the website for the section where it indicated there was going to be an additional fee. This was sneaky on Hilton's part. Shameful. Won't stay at this property again."

"Great staff and an excellent location. The rooms were in great condition—clean, modern, and comfortable. The bathroom and shower were also very nice, well-maintained, and spotless. The location is extremely convenient. You can easily walk to the ASU campus, and there are plenty of restaurants right next to the hotel. There’s also a Starbucks across the street, which was a nice bonus. The free breakfast was great as well. One highlight was the coffee machine, which freshly ground the beans and brewed each cup—it made the coffee taste much better than typical hotel coffee. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast had a number of choices, which contributed to a great start to the day. There is limited on-site parking due to construction nearby, but the Marriott has navigated that situation very effectively. "
