"This is a great family property. The onsite parking helps with those who have a rental vehcile. The pool area is nice, but did have a bit more bugs than we would have liked. They have an arcade area that is great for family fun, but after one night all the machines stopped working. The staff was very nice and accommodating at every turn. The did try to assist with the issues we brought to their attention, like the arcade."

"We couldn’t say enough about our stay! The grounds were beautiful, the rooms were very clean with a great Italian flare. There is lots of history to the property that we enjoyed. We loved our wine tour, and Thomas was extremely knowledgable and friendly throughout our experience. The resort was quiet and peaceful, with only a 20minute taxi to Florence we were still able to explore the nearby city. The front desk was extremely helpful and every worker went above and beyond. "This stay was everything we asked for and more. Incredible staff. Beautiful site. Exceptionally curated experience. The highlight for us was wonderful cooking class we took. A close second was the poolside views of the olive orchards and vineyards. Just exceptional."

"Such a lovely property! The grounds are beautiful and having a pool to use after a hot day of walking around is wonderful. We found our dinner in the restaurant to be excellent! Good breakfast buffet! The only slight downside is if you want to go into Florence every day, while they do offer a shuttle, it stops quite a walk from the centre of town and the schedule isn’t always convenient so we needed up taking taxis a lot which added up financially. Still worth the area and the hotel but be aware...

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. The shuttle was an amazing bonus and breakfast was incredible. Such a lovely experience and made the stay in Florence unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel and hopefully will one day have the chance to return."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean room. Hopefully clean but stained shower grout. Breakfast was great! Parking was fine and relatively cheap for the night. We lucked out and got parking just in front of hotel for free. WiFi was non existent or very, very slow however."
