"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clean room. Hopefully clean but stained shower grout. Breakfast was great! Parking was fine and relatively cheap for the night. We lucked out and got parking just in front of hotel for free. WiFi was non existent or very, very slow however."

"This is a great family property. The onsite parking helps with those who have a rental vehcile. The pool area is nice, but did have a bit more bugs than we would have liked. They have an arcade area that is great for family fun, but after one night all the machines stopped working. The staff was very nice and accommodating at every turn. The did try to assist with the issues we brought to their attention, like the arcade."

"If you think the hotel is within walking distance of old town, be prepared to walk an hour one way. Hotel is also surrounded by construction. Cab cost is about 20 euro to take you to the bridge. Hotel itself is a bit run down. Pool hours are horrible 10:30-7. That means if you plan to use the pool you have little time to explore. The restaurnt food is not the best so wouldn’t recommend eating there. Better to walk 14min and eat by the river. The value is in a parking and restaurant being just...

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. The property is well maintained and very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful. The shuttle was an amazing bonus and breakfast was incredible. "A beautiful property. Clean and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money and would recommend. It was a shame the bar wasn’t open earlier and it would have been nice to have a coffee during the day, maybe reception staff could have done this? A little far out from the centre but of you are happy to walk 40 mins or so not a problem. Bus was also available but couldn’t work out how to pay for that without paying double on the bus!"

"It is a bit far from Florence's main sights (20-30min walk) if you plan to explore the city on foot, and the first 10 minutes of the walk are not particularly picturesque. For us, it felt somewhat overpriced at €500 per night, considering it was essentially a nice room without many amenities or additional services. The bathroom is small, no counter space and the lighting is terrible. Cons: the staff is only in the hotel until 8:30 PM.
