"I stayed at this property with my family, we were in 5 people. The place was fair away about 20 minutes from Florence but there are plenty taxis available, if you drive a car there is also a lot spots available for parking. The property is great just needs a little be of TLC on the gardens, nice swimming pool, Claudia the property manager was fantastic, she did her best to accommodate us on every details. "Leider hat uns die Anlage enttäuscht. Sie ist extrem voll und überlaufen. Egal ob am Pool, auf den Wegen oder in den Restaurants, überall sind sehr viele Menschen. Dadurch ist es den ganzen Tag laut und hektisch. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, wird hier nicht glücklich. Für uns hatte die Anlage eher den Charakter eines überfüllten Freizeitparks als eines erholsamen Urlaubsortes."
