"We all loved this place. It is conveniently close to Florence or Sienna so you can take a day trips if you get bored but there are plenty of activities on site. We wished we have reserved more days to stay but we will do that next year."

"We stayed at this property for 4 nights with our 2 teenage daughters. The 1 1/2 bathrooms was nice and they said the Murphy bed was comfortable. The walk from the train station about 15 minutes. It was a little hard to find when we first got there but a waiter from a nearby restaurant helped us. The location was amazing, right in the middle of everything but quiet at night. "I loved the lady that took care of the place was very helpful, and friendly. We got a lot of suggestions from her about where to go and where to eat, she also kept sparkling clean. The only negative was the the room was too simple and expensive."

"Place was excellent. There was plenty of space for a family of five. Check-in was difficult because there was not a lot of storage for luggage. Had to walk around city lugging our luggage. However, after we checked-in everything was great!"
