"Love this place, came back twice. Literally had all you need . The shuttle downtown is amazing, exploring with families can be chaotic this helped. The pool gets a bit crowded during peak season but still worth a visit."

"Let's start with the bad things: None. Now to the good part: Everything. The hotel itself is located on a beautiful hill in Impruneta, surrounded by olive groves. The bedroom was spacious and the foyer was well equiped. Both were cleaned daily. The most important, it had two airconditioners making the rooms very co. fortable in the 100F Tuscan summer. "We got a very comfortable room with nice air conditioning, queen size bed, clean restroom and a fair size shower. The hostess gave us a local bottle of wine. Super nice welcome. The property very well located and easy access to the room."

"This is our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the last. We stayed in the San Nicolo apartment with patio which was a great fit for our family of 3. It’s sunny, bright and nicely updated. The location is close to but outside of the touristy area which we prefer. Super easy to jump on bus if you’d rather not walk. Highly recommend!"
