"Beautifully renovated rooms in a nice part of Prato. Nice bed and linens, great bathroom. Very clean. Steps from Vatican and Castel San Angelo. Cool old elevator. Lots of shops and cafes nearby. Great A/C. Easy to get taxis right out in front of building using app or taxi phone number. (I used FreeNow App all over Rome- very easy)."

"Not a typical hotel or Airbnb. Cool apartments in a residential building. Fine location with plenty of shopping nearby but just far enough from the crazy crowds downtown, Monti and Trastavere but all still within walking distance. The manager, Stefano, was kind, informative and very helpful. No elevator but our rooms were just one flight up. AC worked well. A tasty bottle of Prosecco was included."

"Good place in the city. Just was a bit loud sometimes and took awhile for the A/C to get working since the power does not work without your room key. Overall a good experience."

"Good location, clean room, breakfast was good , staff were nice, except the bathroom and the shower were designed for elderly or handicapped persons, so every time we took shower , the whole bathroom will flood. We were not informed about the “elderly” special room during the reservation or at the registration / checking in. Overall, it was okay."

"The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it."
