During the whole stay everyone at the Cassiodoro 19 where attentive, kind and accommodating. The location was awesome and the rooms were clean and comfortable. "The ‘hotel’ is in a good location between Vatican City and the Pantheon. There are 5 rooms on the fourth floor that make up the hotel and there is a small elevator that will hold 2-3 people and a couple of suitcases. The front desk is attended between 8:00 and 18:00, but you will be given a key and a code to get into the building and the ‘hotel’. We felt very safe at this location. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Giulia set up transportation for us to and from the train...

"The staff were not very helpful/were difficult to correspond with. I first messaged the hotel through Expedia regarding late check out and to get an airport transfer (which they were advertising), I was instructed to email. I followed direction and emailed, but there was no response. We then forgot my spouse’s mouthguard in the room and I called twice but I was told to email them instead, I did this and no response. We never heard back. Overall don’t expect to hear back or get prompt service....
