"From the start, the staff was very welcoming. Tatzio at the front desk, was friendly, informative and welcoming. The crew that set morning breakfast, do an excellent job, are very friendly and super hard working. The people who work the bar, also keep things going. The ladies that do house keeping, work hard at keeping rooms made up! The entire crew that we saw, worked very hard to make sure the guests had a positive experience. The hotel itself was clean, and very well kept. It’s in a quiet place and within walking distance to almost everything. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay! We’re already planning on going back! "Hotel Raphael is a wonderful hotel in a wonderful area of Rome. The service team at the hotel were very friendly and kind. We really enjoyed their roof top terrace which offer beautiful views of Rome. The dining options at the hotel are excellent. Their breakfast is very good and we enjoyed some of their restaurant dishes on their terrace. Overall, a wonderfully located hotel that was a pleasure to visit."

"Breakfast was excellent! Staff was top-notch. We were there in March but it was already warm. Unfortunately, the A/C wasn’t on yet, so it was a bit warm but we made it work opening the windows although that let in some noise. "

"A great hotel in a great area. Staff friendly, helpful, very good English spoken. Room very nice. Unserviced while you stay, but we're all civilised adults, arent we? It is secure. The roof-top terrace was great. Lots of drinking and dining options just a few minutes away. Great local feel. There's a bar nearby, can't remember the name - cross the road, turn right, turn left at the cafe on the corner (and don't even think about stopping there, its very poor value), walk 20 yards, and you're there. Cosy, great value, our favourite spot. We had a great time, and having the right hotel in the right area makes all the difference. "

"We stayed here for a couple days before our cruise. The hotel is perfectly located! Close enough to walk to all the sites yet quiet area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen that is well stocked. It has a Keurig style coffee maker that I never did figure out how to use. But no worries, there is a restaurant across the street that serves excellent coffee! Laura and Mike are EXCELLENT hosts. SO FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. I truly cannot say enough about how amazing they were to us first time visitors to Rome! "
