"Luca was wonderful and very helpful. He arranged our airport transfer and called a taxi for us at checkout, helping with our luggage as well. The antique elevator was beautiful but tricky. Lots of stairs to walk when it was not functioning. But loved the location and the area. "

"air conditioning worked great, beds were comfy and room wasn’t too horribly tight, great for a group of two. beautiful location to get around, very central and easy to navigate. when we checked in, the staff gave us great recommendations and a map. they also sent recommended restaurants for surrounding areas. a nice espresso bar and a snack area. lovely hotel and would recommend."
