"Beautifully renovated rooms in a nice part of Prato. Nice bed and linens, great bathroom. Very clean. Steps from Vatican and Castel San Angelo. Cool old elevator. Lots of shops and cafes nearby. Great A/C. Easy to get taxis right out in front of building using app or taxi phone number. (I used FreeNow App all over Rome- very easy)."

"The ‘hotel’ is in a good location between Vatican City and the Pantheon. There are 5 rooms on the fourth floor that make up the hotel and there is a small elevator that will hold 2-3 people and a couple of suitcases. The front desk is attended between 8:00 and 18:00, but you will be given a key and a code to get into the building and the ‘hotel’. We felt very safe at this location. "Alessandro was an exceptional host - wonderful and prompt communication. Very clean room, and very very large for Rome !! Great coffee bar and some snacks. Comfortable bed, black out shutters, very quiet and safe - any time of day !! Tons of restaurants and cafes right outside. Was easy to leave our luggage - before and after check in/out. "The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it."
