"Great Hotel! Nice rooms! "

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The croissants that they had out every morning was actually pretty good, I grabbed one every morning. The property was easily walkable to the Vatican. There was a cafe on the corner that we stopped in a couple times a day for a cappuccino and there is a Gelato place on the opposite corner of the cafe that I am still dreaming about! We would gladly stay here again if we ever come back to Rome."

"These are well maintained rooms just a few minutes walk away from the Vatican. The staff are very helpful and provide good advice. The rooms are quiet, the place has the charm of an apartment in an old building. A beautiful experience."

"Location is great. The only issue we had was the refrigerator,it would make a loud noise every 5 minutes at night that would constantly wake us up at night."

"Not a typical hotel or Airbnb. Cool apartments in a residential building. Fine location with plenty of shopping nearby but just far enough from the crazy crowds downtown, Monti and Trastavere but all still within walking distance. The manager, Stefano, was kind, informative and very helpful. No elevator but our rooms were just one flight up. AC worked well. A tasty bottle of Prosecco was included."

"air conditioning worked great, beds were comfy and room wasn’t too horribly tight, great for a group of two. beautiful location to get around, very central and easy to navigate. when we checked in, the staff gave us great recommendations and a map. they also sent recommended restaurants for surrounding areas. a nice espresso bar and a snack area. lovely hotel and would recommend."

"The staff was so nice and very helpful. We appreciated the large room and comfortable bed. The complementary breakfast was excellent and we really appreciated all the fresh food and service. The one thing we did notice was that the shower water would escape into the bathroom floor area. We rolled a towel up and put it on the floor to keep the water in the shower. All said we would definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful decor downstairs. The rooms were plain but roomy and serviceable. Shared space for two rooms had an extra bathroom and a counter with packaged snacks, coffee and tea maker, water and a refrigerator."

"We had a fantastic stay at Rome Jubilee Guesthouse. Stefania, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived and every time we passed the reception desk. The location is superb, just steps away from the Vatican and within walking distance of the center of Rome. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with an amazing shower, air conditioning, and a fridge. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Rome!"

"The best part of the property is that it's about a three-minute walk from the Vatican. If you're interested in "old" Rome on the other side of the Tiber, this is not the best location. It's clean, and the staff is VERY helpful. But it's not a hotel, so don't expect a clean room or fresh towels when you return in the evening -- which was our biggest frustration, given how much we paid."

"The rooms were nice but the check in press was confusing. No one was a the reception desk when we got there and another guest got us in where we had the cleaning lady check us in. It was coordinating via WhatsApp with the manager after that for check in etc. We did enjoy the apartment and the location was good. Just lacking a few utensils and amenities like body lotion but we liked it."
