All staff we saw during our stay were friendly and very helpful, it was obvious to us how committed they are to ensure their guests are comfortable and well taken care of. "Patrizio is the best. He made our stay great from beginning to end. He even let us use his electrical adapter as ours didnt fit the outlet. Location was convenient to the Metro and Termini station, which made our transportation easy. Thanks for a great stay in Rome. We had a wonderful stay."
