Khách sạn Khu Castle Glen Estates , The Blue Mountains

"The room was fully renovated and very clean."

"Pros: Clean & comfortable rooms. Good wifi. Kind & helpful staff. Excellent location as it's near the chairlift/Gondola & away from the main market/village so there's not too much noise, hence peaceful. Good for families. Cons: cooling doesn't work in the rooms; we set up the temp at 18 & were sweating, so had to open the balcony door. Underground parking is 1st come 1st serve i.e. if you leave to get something from outside, your spot is gone, so when you return you've to find a new spot to...

"Our room was very clean and nice, has everything we could need for a stay. The main surprise was the view, we did not expect no balcony and no view at the same time :( Staff was extremely nice and willing to help."

"Based on reviews we chose to stay here to attend an event. The customer service from the entrance to the clean room and kindness of the staff was excellent. It will be our first choice to stay when coming back to Collingwood."

"Great location and seems like a newer property. Well maintained. Would suggest the breakfast area be widened. Gets crowded during rush time. Check in was a little slow. Rooms were excellent and good size"

"Breakfast was good but first you have to wait for the staff long to refill ready food at kitchen and also there is not enough seat to sit and eat breakfast when mostly people come around the same time ."

"Easy and friendly check in, directions and information about the property given clearly. Property was easy to use, everything was clean and in working order."

"The room was clean and fresh, great Thanksgiving meal."

"A great location in Collingwood. Enjoyed the hot tub."

"Beautiful place. Excellent price. Great staff."

"nice space if you do not have lots to carry and climbing stairs is not a concern as it is farthest from the parking spots. End unit so very private and quiet. Very close to the golf clubhouse and golf cart rentals. Very well equipped kitchen. Coffee and filters left by others was a help. Another dishwasher pod would help if you plan to cook and use dishes. Soap and shampoo was not in the main bath but it was delivered the next day. Upper suite is a nice space but you have to enter the bedroom...

"Travelled with seniors and kids under 5. The place was clean, spacious and is located in a private location at the foot of the slopes. A 10 min walk away from the Blue mountain village. Worked well for the seniors because there a bedroom on the main floor. Simple and easy check-in."

"We rented one of these properties for our three day conference. Pros: It was right across the street from the main Blue Mountain Conference Center which meant we could walk there and back throughout the day as needed and did not have to pay the bogus $15-$30 parking fee at the blue mountain village (with no in and out privileges). This was by far the biggest reason to rent from here. Cons: The unit we got was dated. While we saw pictures of units that looked bright and modern, this...
