"The hotel was very quiet, clean & room was spacious. My only complaint was that we arrived before check-in time at the end of a cruise and my sister-in-law was ill so we requested early check-in . They said no rooms would be ready before 1pm which we understood. It was great that she was able to get in early but my complaint is that the hotel changed her $50! I have traveled a lot of places & never been charged extra for early check-in! I was especially upset because the only reason we needed...

"I stayed here to visit my sister and go was in a nearby hospital. It was quiet, clean and staff was nice and helpful. It’s very quaint. You have to park on the street but it’s free and they give you a pass. Continental breakfast was actually perfect. Keurig coffee maker in breakfast area with a small assortment of pastries/muffins, Greek yogurt, oatmeal packets, bananas, etc. I will return if i need to return to the area."

"The AC didn’t not work in the room. The room was hot and stuffy. I went to the front desk and was told a maintenance person would go to my room and check it out. Nobody ever came then I called the front desk from my cellphone because my room telephone did not work so it was impossible to get a hold of anyone else. It was a terrible stay. At checkout I informed the front desk again and all he said was he was gonna make a note, and there was nothing he can do since we were leaving."
