"I did not like that I could not get a printed receipt for my stay. I was told that it could not be done because the room was booked by a third party. I was the one that booked the room through my wife's {and mine} Expedia account. And now on line the receipt is burried so deep that it is difficult to find. It also does not give an adegate break down of costs specicically the amount of GST. It only has a general "taxes" number."

"Great staff and cleanliness. Excellent breakfast options and offering. Very nice bug room with a hot tub for the price. I really appreciated how kind the staff were. Unfortunately however, our hot tub did not work, and the air conditioner in the room was rather underpowered and warm. The fireplace was left on which further warmed up the room and I had to shut the gas line off since the room was getting rather warm. "Great for the 'all too few' hours we had to sleep. Quiet. Large roomy area with tables, chairs, luggage bench. Up at 0300 to catch a flight. Shuttle service appreciated. Good location. The only thing I missed was not having a muffin to go (as we were far to early for the included breakfast.)"
