"In the airport and super convenient. Lots of room. My only complaint is that I asked for a crib and didn’t get it but overall good"

"We have been going to this hotel since it opened. It was kept so clean and the staff were so friendly. The breakfast area was stocked. This time the bedsheets need replacing and so do the towels. The breakfast area coffee was terrible and never full. The staff looked bored and annoyed when we talked to them. Someone in a Mercedes took 2 parking spots right at the front and never moved the 3 days we were there. I don’t think we will be back. "

"Checked in at 6 pm, left to have dinner with friends, returned 9 pm, left hotel at 5 am so did not have opportunity to check cleanliness, breakfast, restaurant or anything else. Staff were the only interaction we had and they were excellent on checking in and in checking out assisting with transport to airport."

"The amenity we used was the dog run, which we love. There was a time when it was hard to get into it because of the snow or vehicles in front of it, but they no longer allow vehicles to park there. There has been times when the grass has been too long, which makes it hard to scoop poop. But on this visit it was wonderful"

However, a few things affected the comfort of the stay. The bed was quite low and not very comfortable, and there was no coffee machine in the room, which is a basic convenience we expect.
