"This was our third stay here and we love it. The breakfast buffet is always great. Only complaint we had was that our room was near the side exit and people coming for hours and the door closer made the door slam and kept waking us and our dogs up. Ither than this, we live this hotel."

"Check in was easy enough, and the girl at the front counter was friendly. When I got to my room, the first thing I noticed is that the bed seemed small for the king size bed that I booked. For a reference I’m just over 5 feet tall, and when I laid across the bed sideways, my head touched one end, and my feet dangled off the other. It seemed more like a queen size bed that a king size bed. I called the front desk and they insisted that it was a king size bed. The bed itself had urine stains on...

"Was not informed that breakfast was included until checking out I had requested a room a room with a microwave for medical reasons at checkin and they said no rooms in hotel have microwaves....my sons room had a microwave in his room??"

"Breakfast was not so wonderful. Food was not put under warm it was just put in ceramic dishes so was not very warm. Never used the pool hot tub. The cost of pet for one night was $100.00 ouch. That was good for 6 days. I asked is there a rate for one night she said no. I will be checking another motel next time in Edmonton. "
