"The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good but more options would have been nice. Unfortunately the location has little around it and you must Uber to downtown Edmonton or tking public transit takes 1.5 hours."

"The pool is rented by a third‑party company for swimming lessons for non‑hotel guests from about 3:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. These lessons are for children aged two and under, and the area becomes very crowded with kids, parents, and instructors. There is no posted schedule showing when the lessons take place, and hotel staff do not provide any warnings or advance notice to guests."

"We booked a mobility room but at check in we’re told it was not available. They upgraded at no cost but was farther away from the main entrance and my girlfriend’s father had a ways to walk. Rooms appeared clean and it was quiet. Overall it is a cheap place to stay in Leduc, Alberta."

"Hotel was excellent clean we stayed on the first floor next to the pool, room was large clean and comfortable perfect for us travelling with our grandchildren they loved the pool and hot tub. Restaurant on site food was excellent and well priced"

"everything and they still won't send me a copy of my invoice for the stay and they did not return the deposit to me. They also did this last year when we stayed there so it seems like a scam giving them a "deposit" that they say you get back upon departure but they never intend to at all. As I took my dog out for a walk in the morning, there was a homeless person coming out of the main lobby bathroom and wandering the halls when I came back in the building."
