"I was travelling with my dog and booked a non-smoking first floor room because of my mobility issues. I got to the room and the smell of smoke and deodorizer was overwhelming, and I started to have an asthma attack. I called the desk and explained I couldn't stay and she checked me out, and refunded my room charge. The person at check-in was great. As a solo senior female traveller I also didn't feel safe; the outside door didn't require a guest key for admittance (was ajar and wasn't kept...

"The staff were not friendly or accommodating. We asked for an extra blanket- they didn’t want to give us one. When my children were swimming there was no pool towels available, the staff did not want to get more towels. We had to explain the kids will be walking by the front door soaking wet before they got towels for them. The rooms and bathroom were also very small. "

"First room our toilet wouldnt flush, got moved to another room - didnt notice until after our concert that the sink was clogged. Put my head down on a pillow that smelled like someone had used it to wipe their armpit after not showering for a week. Another pillow smelled fine at first but got whiffs of BO throughout the night. Showered the next morning and the drain in there was clogged as well. Bathroom and halls were clean looking"

"Everything was great except booking through a third party. There was not any advantage booking through Expedia and it resulted in no credit for nights stayed. It also added complexity to the check-in process. I Will stay here again but book directly with the hotel next time. "

"Our family enjoys this place because we have always been treated well, the continental breakfast has something for all of us, and it's convenient whether we're flying somewhere or spending time in Edmonton. Edmonton is just a short commute since most of our business there is usually on the south end."

"Cleanish, really crappy "free" breakfast. Costco muffins cut up so you dont even get a full one. Coffee only, no tea or juice. Morning staff was slightly rude. "
