"Clean room and property, only complaint would be the walls are thin allowing noise to travel into/out of your room easily. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and very attentive staff Beautiful view from the top. About a 50 minute walk from the Colosseum and a 10 minute walk to the closest train station. "

Nähe zwei Parkanlagen. Frühstück war sehr gut; auf Wunsch gab es Eierspeisen, Pancakes und Kaffeevarianten. Dezentral aber schön gelegen; sehr gute Anbindung in die Innenstadt. "My husband and I had a wonderful stay. When we arrived, we were offered a drink while we waited for our room to be ready. No issues with the AC in the room. The pool was open and refreshing during the hot days. The hotel has a more boutique and intimate feel to it. It's on a very quiet street and was a perfect getaway from the long days walking around the city. "When we booked our stay orbits. We expected to be a hotel with some semblance of service. It was more like an Airbnb, which if we were gonna do that, we would’ve booked that through Airbnb. We did it with orbit because we trust and I’ve had great experience through the year staying at the hotels there was no service. There was no concierge there was we were told there was 24 hour service couldn’t get a hold of anybody very poor communication being in a foreign country. We expected to have a...

"The whole Hotel was excellent from the greeting at the front, to the room, spa and gym facilities and the bar area. The bar staff were attentive and super friendly, the food was delicious. The location of the Hotel is excellent, it is close enough to be able to comfortably walk to everything, but also has the openess to not feel like it is in the middle of a very busy city. This will be my favourite hotel in Rome."

"The location of these rooms between Bologna and Tiburtina stations is great. There are also a lot of food options nearby. Don't be fooled, this is not a hotel. It is 4 ground/below ground level rooms. It is hard to find, not the location but where you enter for the rooms - through a building, across an atrium, into another building and around the corner. There is no one around and you get to do a self check in...if you can find where to do a self check in! Other reviews said the rooms are dark,...

"GOOD - Hotel was very clean and the staff very accommodating. Roberto the bartender was the best. Very friendly and made me feel right at home. Not to mention he makes the best drinks! But the mixed alcohol drinks were $20 euros each?!?! BAD - The hotel is 2-3 miles from all of the major sites. The air-conditioning was non existent, never got below 20C in our room.
