"Gaetano was an excellent host. Very friendly and you could tell he really enjoyed his job. We slept in past the breakfast hour and he ensured that breakfast was held and made available for us. The breakfast was very good. Hard boiled eggs, toast, all sorts of pastries, etc. thanks for making our first few nights in Sicily memorable."

The host did not provide any information for where to get public transportation or food. We arrived at the hotel at check-in time by taxi, and were stuck the rest of the day and night, with nothing more than a deli and pizzeria on a busy, narrow street with no sidewalk. My sister complained to the host via text messages. The host did try...
