"Luca was very welcoming and helped us find a driver to Mt Etna at the last minute. His restaurant recommendations were excellent and he directed us to the sights to see in Catania. The location of Quattro Canti suites makes everything in Catania easily accessible. We highly recommend these luxury accommodations."

"The location was lovely and overall the hotel was a great choice . However I do feel that in some instances attention to detail was lacking : in the rooms - no replacement toilet rolls ; problems with no hot water for 2 of the 3 days we were there and no apology or explanation until it was raised on check-out . Room door soundproofing was also poor. Milk at breakfast was lumpy one of the mornings (did not try again) and panicked and muffin on the cooked menu were frozen through so obviously not...
