"My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for...

"It was a clean and safe building. The parking is very tight so be cautious with what vehicle you bring. Michele is very kind and helpful with places to eat and things to see. The building isn’t super soundproof but that is run of the mill in Italy. Our only complaint was they only give fresh towels every 3 days, but that was a minor inconvenience. "

"Luca was a great host, the complementary coffee and pastries was a very nice touch. Rooms are clean, beds were comfortable. The area is close to all dinning and shopping. Safe area. Luca was helpful recommending a great beach club for our family. "
