"Maid never showed up to replace dirty dishes in sink, clean room, make the beds or disposed of garbage on daily basis. I reported large cockroach in kitchen. After complaint, several staff members showed up and cleaned everything but were unable to find the cockroach."

The location is about 5 min drive to Port Imperial which is the ferry that takes you to NYC. it has self parking on premises, stores around the corner, very clean and comfortable.
