Mountain View was perfect. The shade would not pull down or wasn’t supposed according to the woman at the desk. It was so light in our room so we couldn’t sleep. The shower was very nice and safe but the main floor slippery.

Very bad treatment from staff. Husband "asked" to leave. Per hotels.com, GM said it was a "misunderstanding" but still refused to reimburse room charge. He'd only been there an hour and a half and was berated and mistreated from the moment he arrived; unsure if it was because he was a millitary vet ...

Great stay. Spotlessly clean. King bed very comfortable. Shower was modern and nice hot water. Breakfast offered a nice selection. Coffee very good. We would stay again.
