"The staff are all so nice! Amazing buffet! We’ll be back for sure!"

"2回目の利用になります。１日目にシャワーがお湯にならず水で我慢して翌朝フロントに言ったら即対応して頂きました。また部屋の窓から外のバイクの音が気になりましたのと湿気がありました。 朝食もカレーやひじきやおにぎりなど日本人に合った物が沢山あり十分満足できました。また使いたいホテルです。"

"No hot water in the bathroom, we had to run the bath and shower for over 25 mins each time before any hot water came, then it was only luke warm. Very disappointing. Room cleaners were not consistent with their routine answers had at ask for more water and plates etc"

"Excellent"

"Good"

"Everything is good room and all the amenities is good apart from the breakfast not much option and variety to choice it’s all they same food all the time, very cold the food as well, for the charge about the breakfast is not worth it spend it.And the wifi is very slow on and off as well. The hotel is in a great location, central to a lot of things as far as malls and markets go. And the surrounding area is well maintained and clean. The staff are nice and friendly"

"Kind and amazing staff, clean room and delicious food in their restaurant."

"This hotel needs upgrade. I’ve stayed this hotel early1980’s and it’s still the same. Nothing has changed. Bed is too small and hard ( size good for kids only). Towels are old and rough. Room is dark and bathroom faucet needs change. Room and bathroom is dark need to change lighting. No vanity mirror in the bathroom. Bathtub should be changed to walk-in shower. No bidet in the toilet. This hotel should rate 2 stars not 4 stars. Breakfast not good."

"スタッフの対応がとても良い、今回の部屋はとても広くて清潔で綺麗！ただお湯が出るまで時間がとてもかかる"

"For the price, it is a great deal. The room was clean. Friendly staff. Food and service at the restaurant was excellent and, the prices on the menu were reasonable. Internet was fast...80mbps download and 65mbps upload. The AC was cold but noisy. Good location."
