"All the staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful . It starts from the employees who works at the entrance to people works at customer service , lobby and restaurant. They’ve all very respectful.
I admired the company for providing great training to employees. You have all the right people that works with you. They’re all have so much passion on what they do. Highly recommend Radisson Blue. This is the reason I always stay here each time I visit Philippines."

"Upon arrival everything seemed great. Quick check in, staff were helpful with luggage. Got in the lift and it stunk like sewage. We booked a one bedroom suite, at first glance it’s cute but very small. Not much space to store your stuff, so you can’t unpack. The shower was small and open, the water goes everywhere. If you like a hot shower, too bad coz the water was lukewarm. I don’t even want to talk about the water pressure in the shower. We were there for a week, the cleaners were not...
