"New property "

"The property is outdated and needs renovation. The security features like the entrances, elevators, and common area doors were supposed to require the room key to be unlocked, but they were completely unlocked and easily accessible for anyone from the outside. Every floor had an ice machine, but no water available for the guests. The pool was outdated and dirty with construction debris. It looks like the hotel was in a great condition in the past, but the general condition has been deteriorating...

"It's well located downtown. Everything was clean and fine. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was OK. The warming cabinet left the egg patties cold though. Otherwise, coffee was good and good selection. My kid was very happy with the waffle maker. Good stay at a smaller quiet property. I will stay again."

"Great location and parking. Although there was a slight issue at check in, the staff was very friendly and solved the issue quickly. The condo was very clean and in close proximity to the pool. Great area for walking and close to restaurants and shopping. My only con would be to upgrade tvs in the bedroom."

"This hotel was deceiving. Affiliated with Marriott i am very disappointed. The person running the valet made us park our own car and did not assist us with our luggage. The hotel is run down and under construction. The bed was horribly uncomfortable the bed linens were low quality. Extremely disappointed. "

"I have been professionally and personally involved in the Hospitality Industry for quite a few decades, as a Developer to Partial Ownership of a Group with an Inventory consisting of various Hilton/Hampton, Sheraton, Marriot and similar Upscale Properties. Until This Stay at an Extended Stay Hotel, I never even imagined that such stay could be as welcomed and satisfying as This one. After nearly 4 Decades away, I am returning to My hometown to a new residence to enjoy my much deserved...

"Roaches in the bathroom and in the room and the front desk staff at check out was very rude and didn’t wanna give me the owner information "

"The older guy that does breakfast or works at the desk is rude and has a nasty attitude. He told me that it is against the law to transfer me over to a room for a guest which was a friend of mine. That is not correct, I work at a hotel now. You are not allowed to give out room number information, tell anyone about a guests room number, let anyone in the room that’s not a registered guest in the room and if you mistakenly give out a guest room number while telling them about where their room is...

"Awesome breakfast, even if the lady keeping food fresh was a bit grouchy and rude. "

"Stay was great, I've stayed here multiple times and I would recommend this hotel for convenience to the highway, grocery store ( walmart, Aldi) and close to most places "

"Beautiful hotel property with upgraded and very comfortable rooms. Parking is good, extra parking at back of property. Main level has bar/eating area that is updated and welcome cookies were a nice touch. They were upgrading the computers so our check-in time was incredibly slow, but otherwise staff was friendly. One odd thing, the shower water stopped mid-shower, then restarted barely. Otherwise everything was wonderful."
