"It was clean; breakfast OK and appreciated.
Very hard to navigate online; not within walking distance of Festival as expected. No in-room coffee; view of highway. Civil, but not friendly front desk."
"The facility was very clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The breakfast was much better than any breakfast we've had at any hotel in several years."
"⭐☆☆☆☆ DO NOT STAY HERE!
We only booked this hotel because our original accommodations were overbooked, and it was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.
The room was filthy. I had to go to the store to buy bleach, disinfectant, and even my own bedding just to stay one night. There was hair in the bathtub and on the bathroom walls, stained bedding, heavy dust buildup, and the toilet bubbled throughout the night, suggesting plumbing problems.
The worst part, however, was the manager....
"Pillows were horrible. Don’t use the shampoo and conditioner, they were awful. I pull out so much hair when I combed it. The towels were old and didn’t have much fluff in them.
Breakfast wasn’t very good at all. McDonald’s would have been better.
I won’t stay at any Comfort Inn and Suites again."
