"My room was clean but the shower faucet was a little loose. A few stains on the bedding as well. Overall I got a good nights rest. Good for when you are just passing through and need a quick place to stay the night."

"This place with the address 101 Diemer Drive for Extended Stay America was really dirty compared to the other Extended Stay America over at 500 Diemer Drive which was just across the parking lot. It had roaches and bugs and all. There were glue traps that were down to catch them and all. I was really concerned about my dog catching fleas and such. Plus the dog fees were outrageous to the tune of $173 on top of the average price of like $650 per week. Then they were having to come in every week...

"The room had no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year. The smoke alarm chirped all night, even after changing the battery. The doors had no insulation, very drafty. The lien was stained. Bath tubs were peeling. The parking lot was very icy. "

"Its an extended stay so people around look homely. You can smell marijuana in certain parts of the hallway. Couches were rupped and stained and need to be replaced. Had to call down for remotes for the bedrooms(2 bedroom suite) Staff was nice, room was clean and size of rooms were decent. Was on top floor so didmt have to worry about noise on top of us although the doors slam really hard so you can hear that. Full kitchen was clutch. "

"The entire room was dusty and dirty and disgusting. The toilet leaked, the fire alarm was literally hanging by wires and the ice machine was unusable. This is nothing like the pictures. There were gross stains on the carpet and the microwave was sticky. Do not stay here unless you are desperate."

"The hotel needs updating. The room smelled of smoke. There was no hair dryer. Had to ask for one. Saw a few bugs. Shampoo only, no conditioner or lotion."

"This place is terrible. But it’s a motel so I guess that’s expected. The staff is rude, they act like you are an inconvenience. Our key cards stopped working every 2 days like clock work, when we would go to get them fixed we were met with attitude. The place was dirty, I love how they claimed that someone cleaned our room. The floor was dirty and sticky, the bathroom smelled like someone just peed in the corner for a month and it like seeped into the floor or something. The shower was grimey....
