"Thos is not what I evleyftom the pictures or the reviews. The place was run down and half of it appears to be full-time renters. The halls and stairwells have rugs that are caked in filth. It says not smoking or pot smoking but the halls and rooms stink of cigarettes and people smoke pot constantly indoors so it smells in the halls and your room after you open the door. It was a terrible experience having an infant. There are no premium TV channels as posted. We got 4 channels total and...

"We booked this property as we were traveling to a new state where we were moving the following day. We needed a pet friendly property. When we arrived we were told that our dog could stay , but not our cat. My cat does not do his mess on your property. He does it in a box I provide and then take with me to the trash. Shame on you La Quinta."

"No frills, but conveniently located, easy to get to Phili (but $6 toll, only on the way to the city). Grocery store nearby. Best of all, we had housekeeping done every day without asking - which after the pandemic became rare in the US."

"I did not stay at this property, a night was booked in error and the instant I realized the mistake, I tried to cancel, to which management responded "sorry. You're paying for this room whether you use it or not" i could not get ahold of anyone at the property to discuss the error. Even the phone number provided is "out of service" it took expedia nearly a week to get through to someone and they did not hesitate to let me know that I was stuck with the bill.
